Throughout 2022 and 2023, we have had the privilege of working with Janssen Sciences at their Ringaskiddy site, providing professional event photography and videography for a variety of workshops and events. These sessions were organized as part of a broader initiative to enhance leadership and workplace culture through storytelling, spearheaded by Sally of Welltold, a company dedicated to empowering organizations by leveraging storytelling to ignite engagement, culture, and performance.
Our collaboration began when Sally needed a photographer to document a workshop she was delivering to Janssen’s senior leadership team. Initially contacted through a professional support network, we were delighted to cover the event and capture key moments that highlighted the workshop’s energy and impact. This initial project opened the door to an ongoing relationship, leading us to work directly with Janssen on multiple occasions.
Over the course of these engagements, we provided comprehensive event photography and videography services. This included capturing candid and dynamic images of the leadership team during workshops, as well as producing short-form and long-form videos. Notably, we created video content showcasing Sally’s workshops and a special interview with Fred Ward, Janssen’s Director of Technical Operations, further emphasizing the impact of these initiatives.
Our work culminated in a large-scale, site-wide event at Janssen Ringaskiddy, where we documented a diverse range of activities and interactions, ensuring every moment of the day was captured in high-quality visuals. Corporate event photography in Cork, particularly for a global leader like Janssen, requires attention to detail and an ability to reflect professionalism and authenticity, which we brought to every project.
